If you are not happy with your goods, we ask you to contact us to arrange a return. If you consider the items to be faulty we ask you to return them to us at your expense for inspection. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty we will refund your original transaction costs and recently incurred return postage fees via the same method as original payment was made to us.
We operate a 30 day return policy.
We cannot credit items returned due to over order or the goods no longer being required.
N.B. As much as we need a stringent guideline on returns for legal reasons, we don’t like unhappy customers for any reason, so we will always try and help whenever we receive a reasonable request.
We do not offer returns on custom cut conduit lengths or any custom fabricated product unless the item/s are damaged in transit and reported as such directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery and supporting photo documentation is supplied.
Pre checking of quoted or printed dimensions:
We kindly ask all customers to check all dimensions and measurements of any quoted custom product or any standard stock products before they commit to buying. We cannot accept returns of fully functioning items due to over ordering, non clarity of what the product’s intended use is or lack of planning, preparation or research on the customer’s part. We are a small business and losing our transport, stock and labours costs due to these reasons consistently could damage our cashflow beyond repair. We ask kindly that you accept, appreciate and respect that.
We are more than happy to attempt to work to a solution that satisfies all parties.
1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: You can use a credit or debit card to pay. This service is hosted by Stripe.
2. PAYPAL: You can pay direct from your PAYPAL account or use a credit or debit card through their system.

Value Added Tax (VAT):
Our turnover doesn’t exceed the current threshold which would require us to register our company for VAT purposes. Therefore invoices enclosed with orders, detailing billing information on your
purchases, will not have any VAT charges separately displayed.
All prices displayed on this website are final prices, there is no tax to add on, but delivery charges will apply.
